Range of classes for children
We offer a varied range of classes for children and young people of different ages and experience levels. Each class is thoughtfully structured to support confidence, technique, and enjoyment, with teaching delivered by experienced staff who specialise in their genre.
We offer the ARBTA examination syllabus in ballet and jazz. ARBTA (Association of Russian Ballet and Theatre Arts) is a fully recognised examining body, with higher grades able to contribute towards UCAS points. The syllabus is both flexible and challenging, allowing pupils to develop strong foundations while progressing at a pace that suits them, rather than following older, more rigid exam routes.
Alongside classes and examinations, we hold an end-of-year show that celebrates each pupil’s progress and achievements. We also provide regular performance opportunities for our Junior and Senior Companies, who represent the academy through performances and competitions, helping pupils build confidence, teamwork, and stage experience.

Preparing performers for their future and building confidence form part of Come One Dance Academy’s core objectives. Unlike other Watford dance and theatre schools, opportunities to perform at one of the school’s regular theatre productions is available to every pupil, regardless of age or experience.
