These classes are run by the most energetic, enthusiastic and highly regarded instructors in their field. Come along to a comforting and homely environment where you will create your own fitness family whilst you sweat with a smile!
Our boxercise is more than just hitting pads. You will learn real boxing techniques, to ensure maximum progress whilst using the equipment. This will be combined with conditioning drills to improve all over fitness, strength and technique.
High-intensity interval training is a training technique in which you give one hundred percent effort through quick intense bursts of exercise. This is followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
Exercise program on mini trampoline, with a safety T-Bar Handle, choreographed to an eclectic mix of tracks from across the Decades. Boogie Bounce delivers a full body cardio workout that is suitable for everyone, all ages, shapes and sizes. The trampoline allows shock absorbency so it is forgiving on sore or stiff joints also.
Legs, Bums & Tums
Full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up areas of your thighs, bum and stomach.
Great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.
A form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, and high-intensity aerobics. Exercises are performed in a circuit, similar to high-intensity interval training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance using equipment.
Improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

Payments will be made online upon purchase of the ticket, you will be able to cancel up until 24 hours prior receiving a refund and any time after that your payment will be retained. (this is the same for the class pass packages)
Should you wish to purchase a class pass package you will need to do so upon booking a class, select the pay as you go option for the class you would like to book and the class pass package you require (the pay as you go fee will be deducted at checkout) you will then have 30 days to book the rest of your classes from the discount package - after this period the ability to book those classes will remove from your account and you will need to repurchase (same system once you have used all your classes from the class pass)
We will strive to make you all aware in advanced if an instructor is away so that you can purchase class pass packages accordingly, however we will firstly aim to cover the class prior to a potential cancellation. If there is for unforeseen circumstances a last minute cancellation we will of course allow some flexibility for moving over classes even if its outside of the class pass expiration date.
